Air-Drying
is a classic technique to dry flowers such as Lavender, Roses, Gypsophila (Baby’s Breath) and many more. It is known to be the easiest way to Dry Flowers naturally.
Materials:
- Flowers
- String
- Scissors
- Stick or hanger
- Tie the flower bunch with a string or rubber band.
- Hang the bunches upside-down. (Through this ventilation, the flowers dry fast and prevents mould.)
- Place it in the darkroom. (Any direct light will cause the colours to fade.)
- Wait for at least 2- 4 weeks to finally dry.
