Hello, everyone. How are you today? It's Teacher Asuka.

Fresh flowers will always give us feel calm and relaxed.

According to the American Society for Horticulture Science, giving such fresh flowers to the people who aren't in good health, or who are in heartbreak has not only just a common recommended gift but also positive effects for health more than sweet smells.

That Society did an experiment has been reported patients who have flowers in their room were decreasing blood pressure, heartbeat, pain, fatigue, and unwell. It is implied that flowers have been complemented for recovering patients.

A bouquet of fresh flowers also reduced stress and makes people more relaxed. One of the studies from Complementary Therapies in Medicine has reported that female students in a dormitory have reduced their stress and anxiety very much after decorating just a bouquet of fresh roses in their room.

By the way, speaking of flowers, the part of a poem below will always remind me,
"Why don't you plant your garden and decorate your own soul, instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers?", which is shown by Jose Luis Borges, a writer, and a poet.
That shows you need to live your life by your own.

In this poem, you can find another part that "you learn to build all your roads today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans" This part can be almost the same as the famous proverb, “Don’t put off till tomorrow what you can do today.”

Even if the world is in trouble, I would like to keep on being a person as much as possible who cultivate my own garden as my life little by little every day.

Thank you for joining. See you next time!
