My Japanese エメロン シャンプウ Emeron Shampoo commercial!

Lady Ayame

Hello Cafetalk Community!

How are you? I hope you're doing well! It's finally starting to feel like Spring in Canada! There's still snow piled on the ground, but I think the worst of winter is over. At least for this year. As you probably know, it's a very long winter here in the middle of Canada followed by a brief couple of months of summer each year. Since I moved from Los Angeles, California to Canada about 5 years ago, I'm still new to the intense winters, and I'm learning more and more about the country all the time.

[Today's Topic:]

I found another one of my Japanese commercials for Emeron Shampoo! I've written about it before, but for those you don't know, I was a professional model in Japan during my teenage years. I've been finding more and more of the commercials I shot in Japan on YouTube! It's very exciting whenever I discover another treasure from the past!

I believe I was about 14 or 15-years-old at the time. I shot this commercial with another young Japanese actress. We had many scenes like riding bicycles together, dancing ballet, and other vignettes. This commercial is a vignette we shot at a Japanese beach.

We're both swimming in the water by the beach. I don't know or remember why I have my head on the other girl's lap, or why she is gently stroking my hair. At that age, I'm sure we just did as we were told by the director.

After we stopped shooting the swimming in the water scene, we found out after the fact that there was a sea snake swimming right under us! I would've died if I knew that during the shoot! Remember? I showed you a Kodak commercial when I had to shoot a video next to a real tiger in one of the posts for the tutor's column a while back?!

Anyway, it brings back a lot of ancient teenage memories! It was a lot of fun being pampered and traveling around Japan back then! Just sharing some memories because I want you to know how much I miss and love Japan and the Japanese people!

Have a wonderful day! I hope to see you soon!

Warmest regards,

Lady Ayame
