Christmas --New Year

StephanieRiann

Hello Everyone !

Here is an update blog of our break --

Christmas Dec 23-24 -- we had my mother in law over to our house for a sleepover and  for a nice supper and lunch  .

Then Dec 25-26th -- we went to izu and did car camping ---

When we got back -- My husbands mother on Dec 27th went into the hospital for a surgury -- which went well and she was relased back home by Jan 4th -- we also found out that my family in Canada --( on Dec 24th)  My mother  , My uncle , my aunt ( with blood cancer ) and my 97 year old Grandmother contracted COVID  version BF 7 i think -- so I spent most days checking in on them all -- making sure they had what they needed -- got forms filled out so they could get antivirals etc -- so it has been a bit stressful -- my mother and uncle as of yesterday ( Jan 9th are now testing negative! )

On Dec 31st -- my husband and I went car camping in Chiba prefecture  -- to see the sun rise from the mountains --

I also got the chance to partciiapte in choir audio recording in Canada for Epiphany -- as part of the christmas season  -- the recording is called -- AWAKE AWAKE , A JOYOUS NOEL.
