Be Happy and be Healthy in 2024!
It is said that the first step to creating positive change is 'knowing what you want'.
If you don't know what you actually want, how can it ever happen?
If you are unhappy but are unsure of what it exactly is that would make you happy, spend some time in silence with your thoughts. This could be on a long walk in nature. Sitting at the beach and watching the sea. Forest bathing. Or simply at home in a relaxed environment with no distractions. Avoid music, TV, books and other stimulation. Just BE with your mind and this silence will help you to find out the answers. They may not come to you instantly, and it is a journey just like anything else. But I can promise if you stick with it you will gain some clarity!
