I visited Japan in April, 2O23. Since that trip, I got fascinated with Japan and started to learn Japanese. One of my motivating factors are of course, Cafétalk! :-) I'm planning to visit Japan again soon, and study the language thoroughly, so that I could help beginner students in a better way, adding Japanese, here and there. 

When we learn a language, I follow the immersion technique. I like to get to know the culture, as well. As a teacher, I recommend this to you, too. Try not only focusing on English, but also, focus on everything that comes with it: read books about it, watch series about it, study its history, learn some of its art. 

My latest fascination with Japan perked my artistic interest, as well. I picked up a course on Japanese style of painting by Flor Kaneshiro, who has Japanese roots but lives in Argentina. Let me show you some of the illustrations, I have recently made.
