Kurzgesagt —in a nutshell. This YouTube channel focuses on minimalistic animated educational content using flat and 3D design styles. It discusses scientific, technological, political, philosophical, and psychological subjects.
The channel is wildly famous among non-native English speakers as they learn not only about cool topics. It also helps them practice listening to a neutral accent of English at varying paces. I have suggested listening to Steve Taylor (the voice actor in all the videos), to so many learners.
Recently, I analyzed the infamous video on smoking. It is a good reading practice and reflects on some of the salient points behind the message.
