ラー油を作ってみた

週末は、友人とラー油作りのレッスンに参加しました。定義的には、油にトウガラシを入れ加熱したものがラー油らしいですが、トウガラシにも色んな種類があって、さらにそこに各自色々なスパイスを追加していく。出来上がったラー油は四者四様(四人だったので…^^)

今日はさっと茹でたもやしにちょっと乗せてみました!

 

I attended a chili oil-making lesson with some friends on the weekend. By definition, you can make chili oil by heating oil with chili peppers in it, but in the lesson, there were several kinds of chili peppers, and we added different kinds of spice.  So, the chili oil each of us made turned out quite different.

Today, I put mine on some boiled bean sprouts.
