It's no secret that iine learning can be a bit overwhelming and does have its challenges. Some may even say that's it outright boring and one can easily looses interest. But I beg to differ. I believe that online learning has the same basic elements as face-to-face learning. The major difference is that instructions is delivered online.
In my 4 years of teaching online I have seen that once a lesson is thoughtfully design it can be very effective and engaging. There are many strategies one can use to make online learning effective. However, in my opinion the most successful or the best is “self-discipline”, without this one might fail at online learning. In my belief you need to set up for success from the beginning.
