Hello my name is İrem. I am looking forward to guiding you through a yoga session in Turkish, where we will explore a combination of mindful movement, breathing exercises, and meditation. Each class may feature different styles and approaches, from Vinyasa to Hatha and beyond, depending on what your body needs. The focus will always be on connecting with your breath, finding balance in your practice, and cultivating relaxation and awareness through gentle movement and a calming meditation at the end. This class is designed to support your body, mind, and overall well-being in a holistic way.

I’m excited to practice together, create space for calm, and help you nurture both your body and mind. See you on the mat!
