Come and join me in a fun, relaxed dance session.
课程介绍
Dance is something which we can all do.
In this session, we begin with a warm up and then dance through the
Five Elements of Earth,Water,Fire, Air and Spirit.
Listening to the music, we can connect to ourselves and move our bodies how
we wish to move.
There are no steps, and no instructions, you are simply invited to feel into the
music.
