課程介紹
This course is designed for who are interested in learning Mandarin (Chinese) language and culture. It will provide an introduction to the basic Mandarin language skills, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. The course will cover topics such as greetings, introductions, numbers, time, dates, food, shopping, and travel. Students will also learn basic Chinese characters and the Pinyin system for pronunciation.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Ask and answer questions
- Use basic Chinese vocabulary related to everyday life situations
- Read and write Chinese characters
- Understand and use basic grammar structures
- Gain an appreciation of Chinese/Taiwanse culture
- The course will be conducted through a combination of lectures, discussions, interactive activities, and individual assignments.
