By the end of the lesson you will have:
- practised different topics suitable for small talk
- identified expressions and phrases that can be used for small talk
We'll start by defining 'small talk' and whether it exists in your culture. Then we'll discuss some possible topics and have a brief chat about those, focusing on fluency. After that, I'll provide you with some common expressions that British people use and you will have the chance to take part in a roleplay with me.
In the last 5 minutes, we'll recap what you have learnt and correct all accuracy mistakes that might have occurred in the lesson.
