What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
We always say we're too busy, but what does that mean? It is common to see people with their faces buried in their phones and claim they are busy when this form of behavior actually wastes their time.
The focus will be on how to cultivate good mindfulness and make the distinction between a good moment of doing nothing and a bad habit of lazily playing video games or living a false lifestyle on Facebook.
