Hello I am Manatee! I am a qualified and professional coach!
This is a coaching session for two people in private relationship such as couples/parent and child to take together.
“We are sure to love each other, but communication is somehow not easy.”

Using the system coaching (ORSC®) approach, I help you to unravel the emotional interactions and unspoken rules in the relationship to reveal the present state of the relationship and I support you to find the next step and take the first step forward.

About me
I am an IT engineer, project manager and coach. I am currently managing an IT team at a non-profit organization and also work as a coach.
Through my own experiences of project management and team management success and failures, I realized and have practiced the importance of coaching to unlock the potential of individuals and teams, and to break individual fixations.
I can also coach in English.
I have an MBA from the Graduate School of Management, Globis University.
My hobby is travelling. I love travelling, especially to Asia to enjoy food!
I have been a supporter of the Kashima Antlers J league football team for 20 years!
