Understanding the influence of culture on effective communication

This initial course will introduce participants to the significant influence of national patterns of cultural values during cross-cultural business relationships focusing on the four areas shown below.
- What is culture?
- To what extent do cultural values differ across nations?
- What are the influences of cultural values on business communications?
- How can contrasting cultural values disrupt interpersonal relationships and trigger conflict?
