I am here to help guide you through your practice, so lets talk about how you are feeling, and what your body needs today! Wether you are feeling tired and need some calm, relaxing (yin) deep stretches and deep meditation, or are full of energy and want to sweat out some stress (yang) leaving your body nice and tired so you can focus on the mind. I am happy to fully customize to meet your needs :) so lets talk about how we're feeling, and move and breathe together! :)
