To clarify your goals ( short-term and long-term) with values and meanings, identify distractions and conflicts if any, align your mind & heart, and implement actions.

課程介紹

Depending on where you are at working on your goal, we will decide during our lesson which process and exercise to use to help you. 
1.  To clarify your goal, we may use "The 5 Times Why", "The Values Track" or "Future Belonging".
2. To align your logical mind with your passionate heart and different emotions, we may use "Value Track", "3 Checkpoints" or "TMR formula". 
3. To Implement action to move forward to achieve your goal, we will use "START shee"t and create an intention card. 

This process and exercise you may not be familiar, but no worry.  I will explain or demonstrate and we will do them together.
