- For seniors: Cognitive stimulation, social engagement, health and wellness, and technology literacy.
- For parents: Parenting skills, child development, family communication, and parenting support networks.
- For dads and moms: Parenting roles and responsibilities, work-life balance, self-care, and community resources.
- LGBTQIA+: Language and communication skills, identity affirmation, LGBTQIA+ history and culture, and support networks.
