In this 50 minute class I will familiarize you with the International Phonetic Alphabet chart, a very useful tool you can take forward to help with your pronunication.
We will review all of the phonemes used in British English and identify your personal challenges including typical problem sounds for Japanese speakers.
Have you ever wondered why is it so difficult to understand native speakers when they talk among themselves? Do they talk too fast and you find it difficult to identify the word boundaries?
In this class you will learn about intrusive sounds and elision in connected speech which will help you decipher and produce natural, native English.
This class is aimed at CEFR intermediate(B1)-advanced(C1) level speakers. If your English is lower, please send me a message and I can adapt the lesson for you!
