Welcome to my meditation class! 

I've been an ordained practitioner of zazen meditation since 2005, and during that time it has helped me negotiate many difficult challenges in my life. This experience leads to a deep experience of zazen practice and a greater degree of fulfilment and peace in life.

 In this class I can introduce you to the practice of zazen - for beginners.. and continue to guide you in your practice as you learn to settle and practice with the circumstances of your life. Together we can share our experiences and learn how to find deeper meaning and a sense of equanimity in our day to day, moment by moment experience of living..
