Ready to apply for a customer service position? Either you are moving abroad or staying in your country, customer service jobs are becoming more and more popular. Businesses count on you to represent them with the entities who make them successful - their customers!
I personally work in customer service, too, and I would love to share some of my knowledge and investing key-points with you to make you feel as ready as possible. After all, talking to people is not the easiest of the skills, especially if you have to do it in a language that is not your first one!
Join me in this class and we will explore some features of this kind of jobs. We will work on skills as listening, speaking and writing during a 35 minutes lesson that will totally change your approach to this role :)
