art therapy is essential for us to get to know who we are.
i have personally had a life of experience in finding my own voice, which i call the human voice. this system was developed by renown profesor Daniel Prieto who has trained many successful artists and people who see the voice as a powerful instrument for personal transformation.
so part of the what we will see here is to find your true voice, for that many blockages will be pointed out and released.
at the same time we will do alot of caracterization and theatre improvisation, will also share you the secrets of the temazcalli and inipi which is an invitation for the human voice, and native singing with the drums.
in other words how to connecti your voice with the drums and with other instruments.
this includes also sesions of breathwork which will allow you to tap into your inner potential
