A shorter yoga practice designed to fit in with busy lives!
課程介紹
Join me for a flowing and refreshing Yoga class, at a shorter length for those days when you have less time. We will start with a focus on the breath, then warm up and mobilise the body before flowing through sequences exploring different postures and planes of movement. We will end the practice with a brief relaxation, to ease tension and stress.
This class is suitable for all levels - I will do my best to tailor the practice to your individual needs through modifications and alternative poses if necessary. You can also request to work on a particular pose or movement, just let me know prior to the lesson!
All you need is a yoga mat or towel; you may wish to have water and a blanket too, but this is optional.
