I created (and I'm always building) my own lesson plans, now at 30+ topics! Topic examples include food, music, money and more! 
Basic lesson flow: 
1. learn vocabulary about a topic 
2. learn grammar related to that topic 
3. conversation to become an expert in that topic

Optional: homework available upon request.
