課程介紹

The class combines high-intensity-interval-training (HIIT) and strength exercises to make you sweat, burn calories and improve body posture. No equipment is necessary. Even if you have a chair, it will work!

 

The sequence of the class combines Warm-UpUpper body exercisesLower body exercisesAbs and total body comboCool down stretches. 


During the class, the student is free to ask questions related to exercise techniques and also give me feedback on the intensity. I will ensure to adjust the class level according to the fitness level of the student.
