課程介紹
Come and enjoy a summer ballet lesson in English! We will dance to fun summer songs. We will start the lesson with a warm-up, followed by a short barre and center activities, and we will end with some free dancing time.
If you don't have a chair to hold for barre exercises, I can modify the lesson. Don't worry.
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes that are suitable for exercising in summer. Bring a towel and some water.
