Dear students,
Just wanted to confirm with you my policies regarding cancellations, no shows and rescheduling.

If you cancel 24 hours before the lesson, there is no charge.
If you cancel 12-24 hours before the lesson you will be charged 50% of the lesson fee.
If you cancel less than 12 hours before the lesson you will be charged 100% of the lesson fee. 

If you do not show up for the lesson (a no show), you will be charged 100% of the lesson fee. 

If you want to reschedule the lesson for another time which is within 24 hours, right now you can't do that because I don't have standby status, but I have applied for that. I will let you know when that's possible. I probably won't normally be on standby for lessons, but I might be able to do it for a rescheduled lesson request.
