Hello, friends! My name is Ainagul and you can call me Aina.
I am a Qazaq lady living in Italy.

In my free time, I go to the gym, to the dancing class, to meet my friends over cozy coffee talk, and I walk a lot. I like to read paper-printed books, and I am crazy about travelling. I have visited 30+ countries as of now.

I am excited about the opportunity to embark on a teaching journey as an online tutor, where I can utilize my proficiency in Russian to help students excel in their studies. While I understand that formal qualifications are valuable, I believe that my passion for teaching, coupled with my industry experience, sets me apart. I am dedicated to creating personalized learning experiences tailored to each student's needs, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. I am eager to embrace any opportunities for professional development and certification to strengthen my skills and qualifications as a teacher.

Teaching Experience

I was a participant and winner of the Russian language contests.
First diploma in linquistics;
I worked with kids teaching them;
I was a professional trainer in the effective communication course, including Russian and English, in one of the Big4 companies.
I have worked as a bilingual translator and interpreter for about 5 years and built my career in international companies where English was the working language and Russian - the language of communication among foreign specilalists who understood it.

Motivations

Having grown up in a Russian-speaking household and acquired fluency in the language from a young age, I understand the challenges and rewards of learning Russian firsthand. My motivation to work as an online tutor stems from my desire to simplify this learning process for others. I am excited to leverage my language skills and teaching expertise to create engaging and effective lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student. Being an online tutor allows me to reach students globally, making a meaningful difference in their language learning journey regardless of their geographical location.

One of the main reasons I am motivated to work as an online tutor of Russian is my belief in the importance of language as a tool for communication and connection. Russian is not only a beautiful and rich language but also a gateway to understanding Russian literature, history, and culture. By teaching Russian online, I hope to inspire students to explore these facets and develop a deeper appreciation for the language. Whether they are learning for travel, business, or personal enrichment, I am committed to providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed.
In the lessons we will spend 80% of the time practising

grammar and theory. I always try to encourage my students to talk during my class so that they may build confidence in their speaking skill.
I will adjust my lessons to your needs and level.
If you want to have free talk in Russian, we can talk about any topic you would like. Or if you want to have lessons on a definite topic, we can discuss it and make a tailored plan for you.
I offer lessons for teenagers and adults.
