Hi everyone,
My name is Esther, I am 31 years old, and I am a looking forward to meeting you as my student.

A little bit of personal background about me: I speak Dutch and English fluent. I have studied Japanese for almost 4 years, and I am currently trying to learn Korean. I enjoy travelling, and my most recent visit was to South Korea. I have also been to Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Morocco, Dubai, Turkey, Canada and South Korea. I am looking forward to travelling and exploring the world more in the future.

I have a 2-year-old cat, Ranger. Should you take my lessons, there is a high chance you will either see or hear him in the background. ^.^

I have stood in front of classes as a teacher in the Netherlands and in Canada, and I am looking forward to helping you further in your English journey. I believe that everyone should have an easy time while studying, and that through positive reinforcement (compliments, and good explanation) learning a new language can be fun but also easier to understand. I have a positive mindset in both my personal life, and when I am helping others. Together we can accomplish everything, and I am looking forward to helping you.

We also learned Lesson 5, and Esther corrected my pronunciation and encouraged me. I can still only speak a little bit of Dutch, but I know I can speak more than before! [In Dutch] Ik heb met Esther gesproken over mijn reis naar Japan en we hebben les 5 geleerd. Ik kan nog steeds alleen een beetje Nederlands spreken, maar ik weet dat ik nu meer kan spreken dan voorheen. Dank je wel!

This was my first time having a lesson with Esther! She is easy-going, kind, patient and passionate about helping my Dutch!!!! I'm learning Dutch through my textbook( the only book which I can buy in Taiwan....) and my textbook lacks of audio files, so I don't know how to pronunciate the words. She...

This was my first time having a lesson with Esther! She is easy-going, kind, patient and passionate about helping my Dutch!!!! I'm learning Dutch through my textbook( the only book which I can buy in Taiwan....) and my textbook lacks of audio files, so I don't know how to pronunciate the words. She helped to check my pronunciation and intonation, and she also compliment my Dutch pronunciation. Thanks to her, I am more confident in my Dutch! I also appreciate her that she recorded what we went over during the class!!! I had a lovely lesson with her! Dit was mijn eerste les met Esther! Ik leer Nederlands met mijn lesboek, maar ik weet niet hoe het uit te spreken. Esther heeft me geholpen met het uitspreken van het Nederlands. Dankjewel!!
