Hello, my name is MIKINA. I am Taiwanese, and I live in New Taipei City. This is my 6th year as a Chinese language tutor.
I would describe my personality as cheerful and pleasant to talk to. I always try my best to make my lessons enjoyable. I like to interact with various people, and read novels.
In my lessons, I try to convey knowledge as simply and clearly as possible according to each student’s language level. I would be glad if I could provide something useful to my students. I believe that by teaching Chinese, not only will my students learn, but I will also be able to discover new things and expand my knowledge. I look forward to working with you.
Teaching style: The Chinese textbooks I use are the Practical Audio-Visual Chinese (視聽華語) language series, the Period Chinese (時代華語) series, etc. In addition to these designated materials, I also provide supplementary handouts (e.g. newspapers, magazines, history, culture, and economics, etc.).
I also have digital teaching materials ready and will share my screen with you while our lessons, so you don’t need to have a textbook at hand. I teach Chinese lessons in an enjoyable atmosphere. I would like to teach in a way that helps my students use as much Chinese as possible to meet their goals.
I believe that by teaching Chinese, I will be able to discover more things and expand my knowledge. I look forward to working with you. Let’s have fun learning Chinese together!
