«Self Introduction»
Hello, I am yoga instructor AKII!!

I work as a nurse as my main job. I started practicing yoga in hopes that even in my busy day-to-day life, I can set aside some time to reflect on myself and make my everyday life even better.
 
I am sure that all of you have had a tough day at work, at home, raising children, as well as in your daily lives. Why don’t you set aside some time to reflect on yourself in your own way?
 
Due to my work schedule, my lesson times will be irregular, but I am able to adjust my available hours if you would like to request a lesson outside of my scheduled hours.

Not every moment is a positive moment.
But even in those moments, you are still you‼︎
So, embrace the different versions of yourself;)
You don’t have to seek perfection, you just have to be comfortable with who you are:)

I would like to light up people’s spirits
and make them happier.
I hope that this will be a place where everyone can feel refreshed emotionally and physically;)





«Things I Enjoy»

I love being on the beach, surrounded by the ocean and the sun.
I also enjoy traveling and visiting different regions while meeting  people,
and encountering different values.
Try and take one step, and then another, without being bound by a conventional framework.
Let’s go at your own pace without rushing.

I’d also like to chat in English:) I’ve been to the Philippines and Australia to study English. Those experiences were absolutely life changing. I’m so exciting to meet someone who is interested in this. Let’s go and see what will happen next :)
