Hi, I'm Joe! My teaching style is highly multidimensional and flexible. I am a fun TESOL-certified trainer who targets high school and university students, business professionals, academicians, enthusiasts, casual learners, adventurous people, etc. The tried-and-tested curriculum or method that I can offer involves effective Adult Learning Principles that can also be customized depending on your needs.
I have been teaching and coaching a wide variety of learners from Japan, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, and other parts of the world for over five years now. Many of them were able to get new jobs and become more successful in their lives because of my teaching style and methods. With our future long-term partnership, learning will be a two-way process. Together, we will set our goals, manage our expectations, and determine the right approach for you.
My Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a high-caliber university in the Philippines will help us understand one another deeply and have counseling and coaching sessions at your disposal. After finishing college, I also had intense vocal training in contemporary music. Hence, you can expect that our classes will be very entertaining and never dull. Since then, I have already worked in various multinational companies in the IT, HR, and Hospitality industries locally and abroad, either as an HR professional or a Learning and Development expert.
On a personal note, I enjoy meeting various people from different walks of life while learning from them in the process. Rest assured that our time together will be mutually beneficial. Do not hesitate to talk to me about anything under the sun, as I am an extremely agile person who can wear different hats.
