My name is chisako. I'm a dancer for a national ballet company in Europe!

For those who regularly attend ballet classes but want to practice at home to improve their skills☆
If you have an issue with certain parts and want to overcome it☆
Students who have never practiced ballet before but have always wanted to☆

♡STRETCH and TRAINING CLASS
In addition to ballet classes, I also offer muscle training and stretching classes.
Whether you've never trained before or want to learn more about training, let's all have fun working out!
It might be hard to feel upbeat during times like this, but... moving your body for even a few minutes will make you feel a lot better and refreshed! I'll teach you not only how to train, but also how to massage and stretch afterwards, which is very important!
 
I also hold an Athlete Food Meister Level 3, so if you have any questions about your diet, I'll be glad to give you some quick advice!
