I'm NAMIE, a career consultant and job change advisor.
I have been working as a recruiter for a general corporate.
I have screened over 5000 applications and interviewed over 500 people.
With this experience and my national career consultant certification, I am able to provide advice to people who are struggling with their jobs or looking for a new job.
That being said, I, too, have been struggling with my career. During my 20 years as a company employee, I have changed jobs three times and little by little, I have come closer to the path I want to take in life.
I have worked in an English-speaking environment for a long time and I am good at giving advice to people who want to work in foreign companies or are working in foreign companies.

【Background】
I grew up in Japan and only learned English in compulsory education, but I had the opportunity to study abroad at an American university. In the beginning, I had a hard time with English classes. With the help of my professors and friends, I was eventually able to graduate with excellent grades.
After graduating from the University in the USA I have worked for both small and large companies:

I also have given birth and did office work while raising children.
