Nice to meet you!
I'm Kira from the UK but living in Osaka. I teach stretching in English but can speak some basic Japanese. If you want to improve your English listening and learn stretches to improve your health, then my classes are for you.
My background -
I am a semi-professional pole dancer and a dance/stretch teacher. I've been pole dancing for 10 years and have taught classes in Hong Kong and the UK, as well as competing in national and international competitions. Flexibility was difficult for me because I'd never trained in dance before. I understand how difficult it can be but anybody can be flexible and I can help!
How the lesson works -
I will stretch with you and explain how to do each stretch. After the lesson I recommend you continue to stretch 3 or 4 times a week to slowly improve your flexibility.
* Please make sure you have enough space to sit/lie down and space to swing your arms front and behind *
My certifications -
I am certified to teach flexibility for pole dancers with SpinCity (UK) and am now working towards a Stretch Therapy certification. I have also trained with circus athletes, champion pole dancers and flexibility coaches.
