Hello! My name is Yuki. If you are an intermediate to advanced-level learner and have few chances to have your Japanese mistakes corrected, why don’t you come and study with me?
Please feel free to start with a trial lesson!
☆ April 28th, 2023: I received 2nd place on the Japanese New Tutor Rankings~☆ヽ(´▽`)/☆ Thank you so much~~~☆
=====
I plan on offering more types of lessons while continuing to improve my lesson content!
I have passed the Japanese Language Teaching Proficiency Test (2022)
=====
I was born in Hiroshima and grew up in Hiroshima, Osaka, and Hyogo.
Ever since I was a child, I was interested in how people around the world lived their lives.
So, when I became an adult and was able to travel to other countries on my own, I would not only visit tourist attractions, but would also visit local grocery stores and markets where the locals typically went to see what kind of things they were buying.
I have traveled to Italy, Canada, and South Korea.
I have lived abroad as well, in Sydney, Australia for a year, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for 2 and a half years, and near Ipoh for 6 months.
When I visit another country, I like to speak the local language myself as much as possible. That is why I like to study languages.
I am currently studying English, Chinese, and Korean.
I enjoy traveling, but I actually like to spend time at home even more. In my free time these days, I love to practice the ukulele, play games (Animal Crossing, MINECRAFT), and draw. I also like cooking and baking, and my specialties are croquettes and puddings.
I love cats and have a cat named “Chibi.” Chibi is a “Sakura Neko.” Have you ever heard of the Japanese word “Sakura Neko?” I can also teach you Japanese terms that are not in the dictionary, but are used “now” in Japan!
=====
My lessons are designed for students who are at intermediate level or above. While conversing in Japanese, I will correct minor nuances and high/low accents, as well as introduce you to common expressions used by native speakers. Let’s practice speaking and listening.
You can also choose to speak in a polite or casual manner, or Osaka or Hiroshima dialects in my lessons.
I also offer lessons where you can ask questions about Japanese expressions you read in the manga that you weren’t quite sure about, or about certain Japanese terms you did not understand when you were studying.
Lessons will be conducted in Japanese, but you can also contact me in advance in English, Chinese, or Korean via message.
