I studied Asian culture and tourism in college and after graduation I worked for a Japanese airline for three years.

After that, I worked for an IT company as a consultant.

Currently, I work as a freelance Japanese teacher and teach Japanese cuisine to foreigners.

初めての料理レッスンだった。牛丼とほうれん草のあえものを一緒に作った。事前にレシピを送ってもらっていたので、材料は仕入れてあった。早速、牛丼から取り掛かった。牛丼のタレから作った。醤油と砂糖とお酒を混ぜてタレ作り。レッスンで会話しながら作ったので、易しかった。誰にでもできる。ほうれん草を茹でて、水で冷やし、醬油とゴマを振った。これもリアルタイムに会話しながら作ったので簡単にできた。牛肉をコマ切れにし、タレと混ぜた。牛肉をフライパンにオリーブオイルを流し、炒めた。リアルタイムで会話しながらレッスンが進んで行くので、上手くできた。さて、炊いてあったご飯を丼にもり、牛肉を炒めたものを上に掛け、ほ...

The tutor is very nice and professional. I really appreciate that she accepted my lesson request very quickly. Before the lesson, she suggested me to prepare steaming hot rice and my favourite ingredients for the lesson. Thus, I prepared some beans and pieces of Spanish ham. In the beginning of the lesson, we had a warm greeting. Having a brief self-introduction, we jumped into the part of rice ball making. My husband ate my fresh handmade rice ball during the lesson! It was really fun! I was impressed by her well-preparation that she made a concise bilingual recipe as my reference. Her smiles made me feel very warm and relaxed. I loved her voice which was very soft and posh. Thanks for her lesson very much.
