Haggy Yoga 프로필

Nice to meet you. My name is Haggy (はぎー).

I first encountered yoga around 13 years ago.
When I initially started practicing yoga, my body was very stiff,
and I thought that I didn’t really understand yoga...
I have always been very sensitive to other’s feelings, clumsy, and tend to keep everything to myself.
But from the moment I started practicing yoga, I suddenly felt comfortable and felt that
I needed it in my daily life, so I started to regularly practice yoga.

Having experienced various physical and mental problems and having been constantly on high alert,
I am able to help you through yoga to get in touch with your body and mind to help you relax the tension.
I aim to make my lessons fun and easy to follow,
especially considering that they are one-to-one private lessons,
so that you can feel the benefits of yoga without straining yourself.

I would be more then happy to get to know you,
and help you make time for yourself for self care.

・People who are HSPs and/or have delicate senses.
・People who tend to work hard.
・Yoga beginners.
・People who easily feel anxious.
・People who want to relax.
・People with chronic stiff shoulders and other discomforts.
・People who are interested in mindfulness.

Yoga can be a tool to help you live healthier and better.
If you have experienced the right yoga for yourself, it can refresh you with just one session and with continued practice,
it can help you fundamentally change the way you feel in your body and mind.

・RPYT Prenatal Maternity Yoga
I have also participate in other study groups to deepen my understanding in yoga.
