Hello! My name is Josseline but you can call me Joss, and I'm excited to be a part of this platform. I would describe myself as very friendly and happy, but I also know when it's time to be serious. My teaching style is interactive and engaging, but I also believe in a structured approach, especially when there’s something specific that needs to be learned.

I have over 8 years of experience working in customer service at a call center, which has taught me the importance of clear communication and patience. I'm proud to say that I learned English and German on my own, so I understand the challenges of language learning firsthand.

In my free time, I love watching TV and diving into a good book—Stephen King is my favorite author! My goal as a tutor is to help others in their learning journey, especially when a standard or basic approach isn't quite working for them. I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can achieve their language learning goals.
