A word to all my students:

Thank you for looking at my profile. In order to meet your individual need to learn Japanese, I’m constantly preparing new lessons that will allow you to master your Japanese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

I create lessons on-demand, so offering many different lessons is one of my tutor traits. 

My current lessons can be roughly divided into 5 different courses:

1) Conversation practice (beginner to advanced)
2) JLPT prep
3) Business Japanese
4) Interview prep
5) Essay composition

I also offer conversation lessons for children (primary school).

To create your lesson, I will listen to what you want to do and your goals, creating a customised lesson just for you.

I make sure to help you have fun while mastering Japanese and enable you to use it in your daily life, for work, for travel, or for your hobbies in your private life.

Hello this is Masa。

Please call me Masa.
I currently live in Fukuoka.
I'm a monk and work at a temple.

This picture shows the main hall of the temple I am working for.

My hobby is going to travel and cooking.
I have travelled to 14 different countries so far. I like cooking Japanese food and meals from all over the world.

I had visited a kindergarden when I went to Indonesia.

While working at the temple, I also teach Japanese to students.
I am a certified teacher for teaching Japanese.

Six years have already passed since I started teaching Japanese. I have experiences teaching Japanese to international students, such as students from Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Nepalese, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Thailand.

International students whom I teach usually told me they have troubles on daily basis like...

"I would like to study Japanese, but I don't have time to do that since I don't have a day off."

"I don't have any place to learn Japanese near me."

"Because I don't have Japanese friends, I barely talk with people in Japanese."

"I had trouble at the hospital or a store because I didn't understand Japanese."

"I'm not able to read documents at school or city hall."

"I want to learn Japanese and work in Japan in the future."
