Hello, my name is Lela.
I teach belly dance and yoga based in Tokyo, Japan. I also have a job as a belly dancer. I have been teaching belly dance for about 8 years and yoga for 3 years, and have worked with students of all ages. I can also teach in English!
Both dance and yoga classes emphasize the basics, while being a comfortable and fun way to move.
If you have issues with your body or goals you want to reach, feel free to make some requests! You can always ask questions about what you're struggling with. It is also possible to combine belly dance and yoga classes. I recommend it if you want to feel more beautiful while having fun and dancing.
