Hello. I'm Alicia!:)
I'm japanese and work as a personal trainer and dancer.



I am currently living in Canada. I really love communicating with people using English and Japanese so that we can exchange each other's cultures.


My class is designed for people interested in exercises such as Yoga, Pilates, and Stretching. It doesn't matter how much experience you have with exercises!:)
My focus areas include ”improving posture”, "core training", "enhancing flexibility", and "providing training for dancers or athletes".

Based on my experience as a personal trainer and dancer, I can give you easy and fun lessons! I'm really looking forward to meeting you! :)
