chamsae 講師的自我介紹
Hi, I am Hyomin from south Korea. I am very pleasant to introduce my self to you in here. Because I have one thing in common with you that is I also like to learn foreign culture and language. It give us energy and pleasure in daily life.
My Nickname
Chamsae, my nickname on cafe talk means Sparrow in Korean. It was my nick name on my school days. In fact, sparrow is known as good bird and very social, cooperative. They really care of other bird's baby so well, it is very lovely! In Korean, 참새(chamsae) means good bird, 참(good, right, genuine) + 새(bird). I want to be like chamsae on your learing process.
Career
I have worked as psycho therapist for children and parents, adolescant, and 20's, 30's young adult in psychiatric hospital and counseling center. I'm majored in developmental psychology in college and child psychotherapy, counseling psychology in the graduate course. I love my job but I have wanted to have 2nd job that has more bright energy, happy atmosphere. I have thought that being Korean tutor would be great. Because I stayed 1 year in Paris and experience of language school, lanuage exchange was really nice and good for me so I could came up with being language tutor. I finished course program for korean teacher for foreigner and I got certificate of Korean Language Teacher(Lv.3).
My Lesson
I think that to communicate in korean much as possible as on lesson is important and efficient way to learn. Of course, we can communicate in english for better understanding. But I think that using not perfect korean is very natural and it could give more pleasant to learn language. : ) Please feel comfortable to this. Many local language schools also support this way. And I think that feedback process is also very important so I will try to make good system of feedback process.
