I am Kozue, a yoga instructor★
I started yoga when I was in my 20's and have been practicing yoga for 10 years, including 5 years of Ashtanga Yoga.

・Help make their daily lives a little more comfortable by making yoga more accessible and easy to incorporate into their daily lives.
Even though we all may have busy daily lives, why don’t you set aside some time to focus on your body and mind through yoga lessons?


I love yoga because it works for both your body and your mind!

<What yoga does to your body>
When you practice yoga, you move your body along as you breathe deeply.
By being aware of your breathing, both breathing in and out, and by holding poses that use your muscles, you can help to build a flexible body and strengthen your inner muscles.
In addition, taking your time in a pose while breathing deeply and slowly will relax your entire body and help you feel more at ease.
By moving your spine and using your legs and back, you can maintain a healthy body with good circulation by balancing the autonomic nervous system and improving your blood flow.

<What yoga does to your mind>
When you are able to face your feelings properly through yoga, you will feel a sense of accomplishment, your mind will be refreshed, and you will be able to take better care of yourself.
Yoga helps us become more aware of our current state, and to bring our own feelings to a better state.


There are a number of things that have changed since I started practicing yoga myself.
In terms of physical fitness, I no longer catch as many colds, and I have gained more flexible muscles.
Being able to practice yoga and facing oneself during lessons led to a sense of self-affirmation, and I became more confident in myself.


When you want to exercise or improve your physical strength,  when you feel like you can’t control your mind well, or when you feel tired because you are busy every day...

I will help you incorporate yoga into your daily life to make your life a little easier and healthier!

I aim to provide “yoga tailored to each individual” in my lessons.
Please let me know at the beginning of the lesson if you have any physical problems or concerns, or if there are any movements you are uncomfortable with♪
I will guide you as I watch how you move your body, so I would greatly appreciate it if you can have your video turned on. (Of course, you can have your video turned off, but I can give you more detailed instruction if it is turned on!)
