I have been interested in foreign languages since I was a student, and I studied Chinese as a second language and Japanese as my third language.
I learned Japanese on my own through games and YouTube.
Although I taught myself, I still wanted to speak the Japanese I learned. I tried to make opportunities to meet native teachers and continued to try to converse in Japanese even though my grammar was a mess.
The most important factor in language learning is to talk about a topic I'm interested in. It motivates students to learn a language, and students won't forget when they speak.
I like to meet new people and listen to new stories.
New stories and new approaches open up another new world to me.
Hello! My name is Jinny Kim:)
I work as a mathematics teacher at a cram school in South Korea. I also teach Japanese at extracurricular classes. I find it both rewarding and fun to share my knowledge with others, so I try my best to do so with as many students as possible while making my lessons enjoyable for my students.
I have taught many students while working as a teacher, so I plan on utilising the know-hows I gained through this experience to help you learn Korean. You don’t need to worry about not being able to understand my lessons because I am Korean. I started learning Japanese as a second language when I was a high school student, continued to steadily learn Japanese, and in 2022, I obtained N1 in JLPT.
I have never taught Korean as a language before, but based on my experience of teaching various subjects and the way I myself studied another language, I have set up Korean language lessons for various goals. I would like to help students enjoy learning Korean by using my own experience and memories of studying Japanese :)
Hello, everyone! I'm a Korean tutor, Mia.
I finished my education, from elementary school to university, in Seoul. I majored in economics and started working at a bank right after graduating from the university. I moved to the broadcasting service and worked there.
I like to travel. I've visited 20 countries so far. I especially love Japan, and I've visited Japan 40 times. I like to plan my trip. Waiting for my journey has been a great motivation for my daily life.
I had to stop traveling because of Corona outbreak, and I studied to receive a certificate to teach Korean as a foreign language and took the Japanese language proficiency test(JLPT). I decided to join Cafetalk to teach my mother language professionally.
Those of you who study Korean would be interested in Korea. I hope you can learn Korean culture and have fun with me while studying the language.
