Are you too intimidated to take a lesson?
Each lesson is unique and so is each student's study method.
Choose one tutor and stick with him/her. This method will allow your tutor to monitor your improvement. Try out different tutors each time. "Choose an area you wish to improve (i.e. grammar, pronunciation, etc) and select a tutor who specialize in that area to improve your language skill. You are sure to find a study method that best meets your need.
Your choices are not limited to English.

[Recruitment details]
◇Recruiting period: 12/8/2011 (Thur.) - 12/19/2011 (Thurs.)
◇Requirements:
- •You must be 20 years or older
- •For Children's lessons, the student must be 12 years old or younger. Parent(s) or a guardian is required for blog updates.
- •You are required to take at least one lesson/week during the period of 12/20/2011 (Fri.) - 3/31/2011 (Sat.) for the total of 12 lessons.
- •Every time you take a lesson, you are required to write your review within 1 week of taking the lesson. (You can choose your own style of writing. i.e. facebook, blog, etc.)
- •You must be a cafetalk.com member.
- *You must have your profile completed. (For free registration, click here.)

[About Blog Monitors]
•Selected blog monitors will be notified via email by 12/19 (Mon) along with monitoring details.
•Blog monitors may choose any lessons and the lesson time. Blog monitors are to submit lesson requests in the same method as all other lessons.
•Blog monitors are to complete the total of 12 lessons (at least one lesson/week) during the period of 20/12/1012 - 3/31/2012.
•Lessons taken by blog monitors for monitoring purpose do not require any points, however, blog monitors are free to take as many lessons as they wish outside of monitoring lessons. (Those lessons require the use of points.)
•We ask blog monitors to create profiles that will be released to public viewing.

Blog monitors may use his/her own existing blog or facebook account to update blog entries.
Blog monitors will be given keywords and link banners to insert in each entry.
Blog monitors are to select a category (topic) for the blog. Each blog entry is to be updated under the

Blog monitors are to write a blog entry within a week of each lesson. ・Blog monitors may choose any content and language for a blog entry. Here are some ideas:
- •Lesson topic/materials used
- •Comments from a tutor
- •What you learned during the lesson
- •Feedback for the lesson
- •Feedback for the tutor
- •What you want to learn in your next lesson.
- •You may also blog about something other than the lesson.
What you need before your first lesson:
- PC or smart phone with internet access*
- Ear phone and microphone**
- Web cam (optional, but recommended.)

**Microphone and camera are not required if your computer already has built-in microphone/camera. Microphones are available from 1000 yen.
