All right! Here's my answer.
「普段は 何時に 仕事から 帰り ますか？」
「ふだんは なんじに しごと から かえり ますか？
もうちょっと 普段（ふだん）の日常会話（にちじょう かいわ）（casual）っぽく言うと....
If you want to make it sound a little more like a casual everyday conversation, you can say ....
「いつも 何時に 仕事 終わるの？」
「いつも なんじに しごと おわるの？」
はい！ いかがでしたでしょうか？

もっと たくさんの パターンが あると 思いますが、私なら こう 言います。
