Cafetalks’ Approach

Since not all of these rights are explicitly stipulated in laws and regulations, the disposition of these rights will reflect past cases and judgments made by legal institutions. For this reason, we cannot make any judgments regarding these rights, such as "this method of use is acceptable" or "this method of use constitutes an infringement of a right" from our side.

If you have any inquiries, claims, or demands from the copyright holder or any third party in connection with your use on the site, or if a dispute arises, we will not be involved in the handling of such inquiries, claims, or demands. You are responsible for your own costs and handling of the matter.

In addition, we may respond to reports of copyright infringement from authors and copyright holders that we receive with due process, as well as requests for disclosure of personal information from investigative agencies.
