In order to not get stressed or forgot what tasks I need to do, I write them down in order of importance.
Some tips that I try to maintain:
- Sleep / wake up on time
- Have time for prayer / meditation
- Eat on time
- Enjoy the simple things in life : a beautiful sunrise / sunset
- Admire the sky and nature
- Appreciate the blessings we have
- When we feel ungrateful, remember those that do not enjoy the things we have
- Have your me time or quiet time that you can relax and unwind
- Use the KISS method - Keep It Simple Stupid!
